The goal of this
project is to restore the existing Col. James Barrett house so that it can
be safely and appropriately visited by the general public. Its key
period of significance is the American Revolution along with changes
brought about in the early 19th century.
Structures Report gives details of the house and family over
a 300 year period. Note: these are large pdf files (see side
box). The appendices contain copies of original documents and books.
The Completion Reports show, in detail, the work performed and how
the house and site appear at work completion. The main
volume report format follows the Park template for a completion
report. The other volumes have the detail drawings,
photographs of virtually every angle in the house and site and
nearly all of the contributors to the project, mostly as they were
working on the house.
